Terms and conditions of Clifford Place Cottages

Monday to Saturday bookings only.

A deposit is required at the time of booking the outstanding balance will be required 6 weeks before arrival. 

A booking form will be sent to you asking for further information.

Easterly Cottage can take a max 5 people .

Westerly Cottage can take a max 4 people,

Both cottages can be let together as there is a lockable adjoining door.

Non-payment of the balance by the due date shall be construed as a cancellation.

One pet is allowed in Easterly Cottage. Pets are not allowed on furniture or upstairs.

The cottages should be vacated by 11am on the day of departure and left in the same condition as found.
